Privacy

Pitwall is a closed beta run by Siro Zambra, Birmensdorferstrasse 98, 8902 Urdorf, Switzerland. Contact:info@sirozambra.com.

What we store

Your Discord user ID, display name and avatar link (from logging in with Discord), the driver name you claim, and the sessions you upload: lap and sector times, validity, date, track, lounge, simulator and the photos of your lap table. Notes, gear maps and track notes you write are stored too.

Who sees it

Your sessions, laps and photos are visible to all approved Pitwall drivers. Your notes, gear maps and track notes are visible only to you. Your Discord name is visible only to you and the administrator.

Why

To let drivers store, analyse and compare their sim racing sessions. Legal basis: your consent when you join, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database and photo storage in Europe), Anthropic (reads your photos to extract the lap table; Anthropic does not use them to train its models and deletes them within 30 days, unless it must keep them longer to enforce its usage policy or by law), Discord (login). Some of these companies are based in the USA.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in (30 days), one short-lived cookie secures the login. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.

How long

Until you delete your account. Photos you upload but never save are deleted after 24 hours. A record of photo reads (date and size, no content) is kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can export all your data and delete your account at any time in your profile. If your account is blocked or for anything else, write toinfo@sirozambra.com.
